Nicholette Conway (BPharm), EMBA (UNSW) is committed to delivering timely and equitable access to new and innovative treatments for all Australians by putting patients first, embracing new technologies and innovations, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Central to delivering better patient outcomes is demonstrating the clinical and economic value delivered by Precision Medicine to all stakeholders.

Nicholette has been working in healthcare for over 25 years. She has worked in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostic industries, and has significant experience in multiple disciplines from clinical research, market access to commercialization. Nicholette is the Chair of the Board of Genetic Alliance Australia, a support group for people living with rare genetic disorders, and has worked closely with patient advocacy and support groups for over 20 years. She consults across the medical technology and pharmaceutical industry in commercialisation and workforce development and provides mentoring and strategic insights for industry and patient support or advocacy groups.

Julian Shelbourne (BSc Hons Chemistry & Management Studies, London University) has a broad range of skills from science, finance and technology to healthcare. He is actively involved in the development of sports and rehabilitation medical technologies which includes device software and applications.
